How do I redeem my points?
1. Login to your account
2. Click on the rewards icon at the bottom right corner
3. Select "All rewards" and redeem your voucher!
4. Click on either Copy the code or "Apply code" to use it on your purchase
If you decided to use it next time, you can go back to "Your rewards" to view the discount code.
What other ways can I earn points?
Refer your friends/family and you can get 10% off your order! Send them your referral URL and once they've made a purchase, you'll get your 10% off reward!!
When are the birthday points rewarded?
Points will be rewarded the following year on the date you’ve entered.

What if I did not receive points for my order?
If you did not receive points after you’ve completed your order, do contact us at hello@oainy.com!
Is there any expiry date for the points?
No, you can redeem your voucher any time :)
Kindly note that orders made with reward points redemption are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
