As items are thorough checked by us, all sales are FINAL; there will be no returns and exchanges.
We would like to encourage customers to confirm their cart before purchasing with us. However, items that are defective are qualified for an exchange or refund! You may contact us at hello@oainy.com for further assistance
DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEM
In the event where you’ve received a defective/wrong item, kindly contact us at hello@oainy.com within 7 working days upon receiving your order. Do remember to include a photo of the item as well as your order number!
An exchange will only be done when the followings are met:
- Brand new condition, unwashed and unworn.
- Original tags intact
- Picture clearly showing the defect or wrong item received
We highly recommend the items to be mailed back via a trackable method (registered mail or courier) as we are not liable for any lost returns.
*Rest assured that any delivery fees will be paid by us
We will process with an exchange once we’ve received your defective/wrong item. In cases where your item is out of stock, store credits will be issued accordingly!
Kindly note that measurement discrepancies of 0.5”-1" will not be deemed as defects as items are mass-produced. Product colour may vary due to different studio lights will not be considered as defects as well.
