Shipping Info
We usually take about 1-3 working days (excluding PH and weekends) to process and dispatch your order(s) after payment has been made and verified.

Tracked mail will be shipped out via J&T Express or Singpost (tracked package). Every parcel comes with tracking number and will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped!
*We apologise that there might be slight delays during peak periods (end of year sales, CNY, etc) as our courier team are handling large amount of parcels. We seek your understanding to be patient during this period and give a few additional working days to receive your orders.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Good news! We ship worldwide and it's traceable as tracking number will be provided.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your item(s) weight.
O'AINY will not be liable for any customs/import duties once your parcel has arrived at your destination. Kindly note that these fees are the responsibility of the customers as we have no control regarding this issue.
